Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find SiteSpin and tap Cancel. Apple handles all subscription billing.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the SiteSpin app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
- How do I add a custom domain?
- Open the site in the app, tap the site settings menu, then Add Custom Domain. We'll show you the DNS records to copy.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Open reportaproblem.apple.com and select your SiteSpin purchase.
- Is my published site really live?
- Yes. Published sites live on our cloud, scale automatically with traffic, and stay online 24/7. They keep working even if you uninstall the SiteSpin app.
- Can I move my site somewhere else?
- Not yet. A site export feature is on our roadmap.
