How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find SiteSpin and tap Cancel. Apple handles all subscription billing.
How do I delete my account?
In the SiteSpin app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
How do I add a custom domain?
Open the site in the app, tap the site settings menu, then Add Custom Domain. We'll show you the DNS records to copy.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Open reportaproblem.apple.com and select your SiteSpin purchase.
Is my published site really live?
Yes. Published sites live on our cloud, scale automatically with traffic, and stay online 24/7. They keep working even if you uninstall the SiteSpin app.
Can I move my site somewhere else?
Not yet. A site export feature is on our roadmap.
