You activate a trial or subscription before SiteSpin builds your website. The checkout shows whether you are eligible for a free trial, any payment-method requirement, and what you will be charged afterward.
Unless you cancel before the deadline shown at checkout, your trial becomes a paid subscription at the price and billing interval you selected.
Pro includes hosting, a custom domain and its renewal, bookings, order requests and messages. Extra websites cost more. If you keep a domain with another provider, you pay that provider’s renewal fees. Customer payments are arranged separately, so your payment provider may charge its own fees. Checkout shows applicable taxes.
The yearly plan charges $239 once a year after an eligible trial. That is approximately $20 a month. The monthly plan charges $25 each month. Checkout shows the exact charge and renewal date.
Pro includes daily website changes. The allowance increases with the number of websites on your plan and is shared with collaborators. It also applies during a trial. Your account shows your allowance.
Cancelling stops future renewal. Your subscription remains active until its current period ends. After access expires, your website goes offline following the applicable grace period. You can subscribe again to restore it.
Yes. Contact support to transfer your domain to another registrar after the initial 60-day transfer restriction. There is no SiteSpin transfer fee.
Yes. Manage App Store subscriptions in Apple’s subscription settings and web subscriptions in SiteSpin’s billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
