If you have not subscribed, the site pauses. Anyone who visits sees a short page saying it is paused rather than a broken one, and everything you wrote and everything the site collected stays exactly where it is. Subscribing puts it back as it was, on the same address.
The site and what it collected are deleted fifty-three days after it pauses. We tell you the date before it happens and again while it is paused. Your account is not deleted, so you can build another one whenever you like.

Not in normal use. Fair use is thirty instructions in any twenty-four hours, which is set well above what running a website takes, and almost nobody reaches it. There is no cap during the free week either.
