How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed via the iPhone or iPad app: Open Settings on your device, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find SiteSpin and tap Cancel. Apple handles billing for app-store subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web: open your SiteSpin account settings and manage the subscription from there.

How do I delete my account?

In SiteSpin (web or app): Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Or email us and we'll do it within 7 days.

How do I add a custom domain?

Open the site in SiteSpin (web or app), go to Domain, then Add Custom Domain. SiteSpin shows you exactly what to copy into your domain provider, then turns on the secure padlock for you once it connects.

Can I get a refund?

Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribed on the web, email support@sitespin.app and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. If you subscribed through Apple in-app purchase, refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and select your SiteSpin purchase.

Is my published site really live?

Yes. Published sites are hosted for you, stay fast as you grow, and stay online around the clock. They keep working even if you uninstall the SiteSpin app.

Can I move my site somewhere else?

Not yet. A site export feature is on our roadmap.
